I think that the biggest problem here is that people have a very short attention span. Or should I rephrase it and say that they have a very short patience span. In most cases, including mine, I started a diet and wanted quick results. I did it for about a month and -- not satisfied by the results -- I let it go.

I should have continued for another month and the incremental decrease would have motivated. I should not have kept the goal to reduce 7 Kgs at once.

I was just looking for this info for a while. After six hours of continuous Googling, at last I got it in your web site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this type of informative sites in top of the list. Usually the top sites are full of garbage.

My dear Mandy (Nov. 18,2011 post), you obviously have to learn that not all fat people have a SELF-ESTEEM issue. It is Hollywood and in the United States that "being a size 0 is so important". A person who has a negative body image got that way a long time before. Did you know ANOREXIC FEMALES have a negative body image about themselves...thinking because of the "STUPID MEDIA" that they are fat, and in fact they are killing themselves by not eating, hurting their heart by purging and basically starving themselves..so where is the positive body image. Most people who I know that are on the heavy side are quite content with themselves. You have to stop thinking this way and turn your life over to God!!!
