Daniel Boyarin, professor of Near Eastern Studies and rhetoric

Daniel Boyarin is a professor of Near Eastern Studies and of rhetoric, a member of the core faculty in the gay and lesbian studies minor, and is the director of UC Berkeley's Center for the Study of Sexual Culture. His fields of expertise include sexual identity, gender politics, Judaism and Jewish culture, religion and systems of sex and gender.
