John Quigley, professor of economics and director of the Berkeley Program on Housing and Urban Policy

John Quigley is the I. Donald Terner Distinguished Professor, a professor of economics and director of the Berkeley Program on Housing and Urban Policy at UC Berkeley. In addition to the Department of Economics, he holds appointments in the Goldman School of Public Policy and the Haas School of Business. His current research is on the integration of real estate, mortgage and financial markets; urban labor markets; housing; spatial economics; and local public finance.
