Jason M. Schultz is an assistant clinical professor of law and director of the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic at the UC Berkeley School of Law. He has worked as senior staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, one of the leading digital rights groups in the world. His research interests include intellectual property, free expression, fair use, and innovation policy with an emphasis on issues of copyright law, reverse engineering, digital rights management, and patent law reform
