Gabrielle Daley is a clinical teaching fellow in the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic at UC Berkeley. Before joining the clinic, she was an associate at the Denver, Colo., firm of Kissinger & Fellman, where her practice focused on municipal telecommunications.
