Steve Duvernay is a senior research fellow with the California Constitution Center at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. He also is an attorney with Benbrook Law Group in Sacramento, where he specializes in constitutional litigation in state and federal courts and provides litigation and counsel services in matters arising in the political, administrative and public policy areas.
